Lycoming furnishes service, repair and maintenance information in the form of Overhaul Manuals, Operator's Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and various System, Accessory, and Instruction documents. Lycoming Service Letter SL-L114AS (PDF) "Reciprocating Aircraft Engine and Accessories Maintenance Publications" , which lists specific available Lycoming support publications with prices and ordering information, is revised and updated on a regular basis.

In addition to the standard support publications, Lycoming provides special service information, as required, in the form of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Service Instructions. Lycoming SSP-206 "Service Bulletins, Letters, and Instructions Index" lists these special publications, both alphabetical and by engine model application.

Lycoming support publications and subscription/revision services are available from Lycoming Distributors or direct from the factory in hard copy, microfiche or CD format.
