All cylinder kits listed in Table 1 shipped between June 8, 2007 and August 1, 2007.

All Lycoming engines installed with cylinder assemblies that were received in the cylinder kits listed in Table 1 shipped between June 8, 2007 and August 1, 2007.

TIME OF COMPLIANCE

For uninstalled cylinder kits – immediately. For engines with affected cylinder kits – Within next 10 hours of engine operation.

Lycoming has determined that a quantity of cylinder kits may have been shipped with incorrect cylinder assemblies between June 8, 2007 and August 1, 2007.
