Clay Isbell

Clay Isbell is the Director of Supply & Planning at Lycoming Engines.   Since joining Textron Systems in 1990, Clay has held progressive leadership roles in Supply Chain, including Sr. Manger, Warehouse & Logistics, and Sr. Manager, Production, Planning & Control.  

Prior to joining Lycoming Engines, Clay was most recently the Principle Business Operations Analyst/Master Scheduler for both Sea and Land programs at Textron Systems in New Orleans, his hometown.  In his current role, Clay oversees management of more than 190 suppliers, production planning, and warehousing.

Clay attended the University of New Orleans and Southern New Hampshire University, majoring in Business Management.  He’s currently a member of the Warehousing Education Research Council (WERC) and obtained his APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.  He’s also a Textron Systems certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
