Alex Urban

Alex Urban is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Lycoming Engines, where he leads the global, end-to-end supply chain organization.  His responsibilities span sourcing, planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics with a focus on strengthening operational performance, quality, and delivery.

Alex brings more than 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations, and quality with a track record of leading transformation and improvement. Prior to joining Lycoming,  Alex spent more than 13 years with Textron Specialized Vehicles in Augusta, GA, where he served as the Director of Supply Chain and Director of Quality, along with other supply chain and operations leadership roles.

Alex holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree in supply chain from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Textron Six Sigma alumnus, and a graduate of Textron’s Executive Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina.
