Tom Nichipor

Thomas N. Nichipor is the Vice President of Finance at Lycoming, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and strategic financial planning.

Prior to joining Lycoming, Nichipor was Vice President, Audit Services of Textron Inc., a position he was appointed to in March 2014. In this role, he was responsible for global audit services activities and served as an officer of the corporation. He was also a member of Textron’s Finance Council.

Before that, Nichipor served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron Financial Corporation's non-captive business starting from March 2011. He had also held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at Textron Financial and was the principal accounting officer, overseeing the accounting and reporting of the company’s financial results to both the Securities Exchange Commission and company leadership.

Nichipor's career began in audit management roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, where he spent seven years serving large corporate clients primarily in the financial services and energy industries.

Nichipor holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting from Fairfield University and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license while working at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has also completed Textron's Senior Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
