Kelvin Hart is Vice President, Quality of Lycoming Engines. Kelvin most recently served as Senior Manager, Quality Flight Operations for Bell’s Amarillo, Fort Worth and Ozark Assembly Centers. During his more than 23 years with Bell, he held various roles of increased responsibility in quality within the engineering, manufacturing operations, flight operations and repair and overhaul disciplines. Kelvin has consistently applied problem solving skills to find root causes and create sustainable corrective actions across the business. His proven performance and demonstrated leadership in both operations and programs have resulted in improved throughput and increased quality yield across multiple product lines. Kelvin holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Angelo State University and a Master of Theology from Liberty University.
