Fuel lines are to be examined, typically every 100 hours of engine operation or sooner if instructed. If a fuel line is damaged, it is to be replaced with a new fuel line. Fuel lines are not to be repaired.

This Service Bulletin is notification to replace the oil level gage (dipstick) P/N LW-16783-18 with a new oil level gage P/N LW-14760 on affected Lycoming engine models. This replacement is mandatory and must be done at the next oil change.
